About Karma...

Karma was established in 2004 by Ryan and Christy, who put an enormous amount of work into creating such a beautiful space and earning a reputation in the Springfield community for excellence and professionalism.

Karma has been owned and operated by myself since 2021, and I'm delighted to be able to continue such a proud legacy, alongside our incredible team of stylists. We genuinely care about every one of our valued clients and I always welcome the opportunity to improve the quality of your experience with us even further!

8 points = 50% off any product

10 points = 15% off any hair appointment

Our Policies

Please give us at least six hours notice if you can't make an appointment, or you may be charged a no-show fee.

If a client fails to show up for an appointment without notice, a credit card will be required to secure all future bookings. If a client fails to show up (or cancels last-minute) twice, we reserve the right to refuse all future appointments.

Karma is a happy place and our stylists and clients all respect one another. We welcome everyone, but anyone displaying unacceptable behavior towards our stylists will not be allowed to make future appointments. Being uncool to others is bad karma.

We want everyone who walks through our doors to leave feeling happy and confident! If you're not completely satisfied with your service, we truly want to fix it and we encourage you to get in touch with us directly. Please contact james@karmasalon.org with any feedback or questions!
